One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash that closed the Mid-Hudson Bridge in both directions for about two hours Tuesday, according to state police.
The crash between a tractor-trailer and car occurred around 10:40 a.m.between Route 44 (NY 55) and the Mid-Hudson Bridge tolls, said Trooper Steven Nevel.
The driver of the car was killed in the crash that occurred mid-span, he added.
Town of Lloyd police officers are on the scene investigating the crash.
