Officers responded to a report of a teen who was assaulted and robbed of his cell phone and watch outside his residence in Wiccopee at about 8:00 p.m. on Nov. 2, according to police.
The teen was able to provide the name of one of the suspects, police report.
Two 17-year-old Fishkill teens were arrested and charged with second-degree robbery, a felony, as well as conspiracy and attempted assault, both misdemeanors, on November 5, police report.
Both 17-year-olds were arraigned and released to the custody of their parents, pending return to East Fishkill Court, according to police.
The third suspect, a 17-year-old Poughkeepsie youth, turned himself in to East Fishkill Police on Nov. 9, officials report.
He was also charged with second-degree robbery, a felony, and conspiracy and attempted assault, both misdemeanors, according to police.
He was then released under the supervision of Dutchess County Probation, pending his return to East Fishkill Court, according to officials.
The names of the teens are being withheld, since they may be eligible for youthful offender status, according to police.
