A portion of Route 9D near Castle Point that was closed for more than four hours, has re-opened following a fatal two-car crash in the Town of Fishkill, according to Dutchess County Sheriff's Office Capt. John Watterson.
The crash, which occurred around 9 a.m. Monday claimed one life, Watterson said.
