POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- The Poughkeepsie police said a 37-year-old local man was in custody following a brief negotiation outside an apartment on Hudson Harbour Drive on Monday, Dec. 28, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Nathanial Green was charged on an "active parole warrant, which was issued for a parole violation" and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail, according to the report.
