A Dutchess County man is back behind bars after being busted by state police for his second DWI.

New York State Police troopers stopped LaGrange resident William Boggs on Monday, after he allegedly committed a traffic violation on Firemen's Way.

Further investigation found that Boggs, 45, was allegedly driving drunk, with a license that had been revoked for a previous DWI conviction, which was not equipped with a court-ordered interlock device.

Boggs was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and circumventing an interlock device. He was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. Boggs is due back in court at a later date to answer the charges.
