Dutchess Man Accused Of Burglarizing Diner, Stealing Cash

MILLERTON, N.Y. -- Employees of the Oakhurst Diner in Millerton found the business had been burglarized overnight when they reported for work on Thursday, Aug. 4, and had been robbed of money from the cash register, according to the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office.

DCSO detectives and patrol deputies responded and conducted an investigation which led to the arrest of Dustin Holst-Grubbe, 20 of Millerton, police said. 

 Holst-Grubbe was charged with burglary and is being held at the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
