Louisa B. Hochberg, 54, Of New Hamburg

NEW HAMBURG, N.Y. – Louisa B. Hochberg, a resident of New Hamburg, died Wednesday, July 13. She was 54.

Born Oct.18, 1961, in Castro Fillipo, Sicily, she was the daughter of Antonino and Santa (Brucculeri) Bartolotta. She grew up in Astoria, Queens.

She had been employed as an ongoing service coordinator for early intervention. In 1985 in Queens, she married Timothy Hochberg.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy Hockberg; children, Miranda Griffiths and her husband Jonathan of Beverly, Mass. and Alexander Hochberg and Camille Hochberg of New Hamburg; parents, Antonino and Santa (Brucculeri) Bartolotta; brother, Michael Bartolotta and his wife Lynn and their children Louise and Anthony of Spackenkill; sister-in-law, Patricia Mihelcic, her daughter Kyra and granddaughter, Cessie; and sister-in-law, Michele Hochberg and her children, Raymond, Harrison, and Claire Zukas.

Calling hours will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill Inc., 1089 Main St., Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson St., Fishkill. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
