POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Kenneth Lillis, a resident of Poughkeepsie, died Monday, July 25. He was 63.
He was born March 17, 1953, in Poughkeepsie, to Edward P. Lillis Sr. and Barbara Ann (Bradley) Lillis.
He was a graduate of Poughkeepsie High School.
He served in the Army from 1972-74. He retired in 1995 as a City Of Poughkeepsie firefighter.
He was a member of the Irish Club in Poughkeepsie and he loved to travel.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene (North) Lillis of Poughkeepsie; his sister Mary Ann Lillis and her husband, Dale Smith of Poughkeepsie; sister in-law Vera Lillis of Poughkeepsie; and brother in-law Justin North and his wife Jennifer of Wappingers..
He was predeceased by his two brothers Edward Lillis and William Lillis.
Calling hours will be Sunday, July 31, from 2-5 p.m. at Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
