Not all clothing collection bins belong to nonprofit groups, an Ulster County official is warning, according to a report by Time Warner Cable News.

Comptroller Elliott Auerbach said that many of them benefit for-profit companies and he wants the owner's status to be clearly labeled on each bin, the TWC story said.
