Woman Accused Of Hudson River Kayak Murder Ordered To Submit DNA Test

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Angelika Graswald, the Poughkeepsie woman facing murder charges in the death of her fiancé earlier this year, was ordered to submit to a DNA test Thursday, according to multiple reports.

Prosecutors requested a swab test from Graswald, 35, to compare it to case evidence, according to Time Warner Cable News.

As previously reported, Graswald pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter. She is accused of causing fiancé VIncent Viafore to drown by messing with his kayak.
