The awards recognize area businesspeople who have demonstrated leadership, commitment, proficiency, and community impact, and will be presented at a special event on April 28 at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel.

Goldstein focuses on personal injury and accident law, including litigation involving car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, construction accidents, nursing home injuries, dog bites, trip/slip and falls and medical malpractice.
“It is an honor to be included in this exceptional group of community leaders,” Goldstein said. “Returning to my home region to build my professional life was one of the greatest decisions I could have made; everyone here works so hard to enrich quality of life, and I just want to do my part to support those efforts”.
Goldstein graduated from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2007, where she was awarded the Don D’Agui Memorial Award for demonstrating excellence in the law of Torts.
Following law school, Goldstein clerked for a New Jersey Superior Court judge and worked for a small firm in New Jersey before returning home to Poughkeepsie to join her father in his practice and forming Goldstein and Goldstein, LLP.
