- Route 9 corridor
- Main Street (from North Water Street to Market Street)
- Market Street (from Eastbound Arterial to Mansion Street)
- Columbus Drive
- Washington Street
- Mansion Street
- Reservoir Square (Decorative Pilot Lights)
- Loockerman Avenue (Decorative Pilot Lights)
The LED Lighting Program is widely viewed as a sustainability project and a cost-savings measure that is beneficial to the overall environment. It also is seen as an effort to increase safety for the city's residents.
