DOVER PLAINS, N.Y. -- Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro hosted a Substance Abuse Forum late last month at Dover High School in Dover Plains.

The forum and panel discussion included personal stories of addiction and recovery as well as presentations from public health officials and law enforcement, seeking to educate people on the warning signs of and how to prevent prescription drug abuse.
