The Poughkeepsie Water Control Plant issued its latest alert on Monday, when an undisclosed amount of untreated waste was spilled into the Hudson River. The intermittent discharges were first reported at approximately 1 a.m. on Monday morning.

Last week, hundreds of thousands of gallons of untreated waste were spilled into the Hudson Valley near Rinaldi Boulevard, following thunderstorms that hit the region. Officials said that the rate of discharge was to be determined once the storms pass the area.
