Following Viafore's disappearance on April 19, 2015, Graswald told a police investigator that she pulled a plug and manipulated a ring on his paddle.
Graswald, 36, has pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in the death of Viafore. Viafore's body was found in the Hudson River nearly a month after Graswald was charged with his murder.
