He was sentenced by Dutchess County Judge Peter Forman last week, The Poughkeepsie Journal article said.

Patrick A. Pierre-Saint, 37, was arrested on All Angels Hill Road in Wappinger in February, according to an earlier Daily Voice report.

State troopers said Pierre-Saint had been stopped for driving without his headlights one after sunset.

He was found to have been drunk and was charged with first-degree driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation, both felonies, the Daily Voice report said.

He had been convicted of driving while intoxicated in 2015, the Daily Voice reported.
