CIA Video Gives The 'Buzz' On Using Homegrown Honey

HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- The Culinary Institute of America has released a video on how to use New York state honey.

Chef Bill Briwa discusses ways to use various types of honey and the differences in robustness. In the video, he makes honey butter and a barbecue sauce.
