From Monday through Saturday, Nov. 14-19, chamber members can dispose of their old, unwanted electronics for a discounted cost, at Royal Carting's Hopewell Junction location.

"It helps the environment, which is the first and most important reason for doing this," Rich Kleban told Daily Voice. He's the senior vice president and chief operating officer of the chamber.

"As a business organization, we take the environmental aspects of that very seriously. We also offer the event as a resource for our members, and it also provides a donation to the foundation. It's kind of icing on the cake, for us."

As part of the event, Royal Carting will be making a donation back to the Chamber Foundation.

The drop-off times are 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday. Royal Carting staff will also be available to unload vehicles.
