If you live in the Hudson Valley you can pretty much take your pick of amazing destinations. From Poughkeepsie to Beacon, Breakneck Ridge to Bear Mountain and beyond, there are awesome sights to see all around the Valley.

Scenic Hudson's Long Dock Park in Beacon features some of the best waterfront views around - with great looks at Newburgh across the river, the Beacon-Newburgh Bridge to the north and lush hills and mountains to the south.

The park also has walking/jogging trails, kayak rentals, a stony beach area, and is easy to explore, with everything close.
