The annual event at the county fairgrounds features food, furniture, antiques, crafts, home and garden décor and plants.

Fuller, the author of “Farmhouse Rules,” a cookbook after which her popular TV show is named, made orzo salad with spring peas and creamy herb dressing to share with the crowd attending her talk.

Fuller, who owns a dairy farm in the Columbia County town of Copake, cracked jokes and invited a few of her 13 grandchildren to join her on stage.

Later, the ebullient host answered questions, signed copies of her book and posed for photos with fans.

The fair was Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
