DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y.—The Wappingers Central School District reminds students and families that November is National Diabetes (Type 1) Awareness Month, and that World Diabetes Day is Saturday. The school district supports Project Blue, an outreach and advocacy organization for people who have Type 1 Diabetes.
