Baisley's opponent, Democrat Michael Treybich withdrew his petition and conceded to Baisley after results were too close to call on Election Night.
Pending absentee ballots, Baisley, who was running for a second term, led by 37 votes.
The results are expected to be certified Thursday afternoon.
