DUTCHESS COUNTY -- A 35-year-old Poughkeepsie woman was caught with a large amount of heroin and drug-related materials after the Dutchess County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on her home.

The search warrant was executed without incident on Thursday, Sept. 28, at Catharine St in the City of Poughkeepsie.

The search warrant was a result of an investigation into narcotics sales taking place at that location and surrounding area.

Taken into custody at that time was Shaonna Moultry. During the search of the residence, in excess of 200 bags of heroin, scales, and packaging materials were seized.

Moultry was charged with criminal possession of a ontrolled  substance with intent to sell in the third degree, a Class B felony.

She was arraigned in City of Poughkeepsie Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $200,000 bail.. Additional charges may be pending.
