A 30-year-old Wappinger man stole a man's debit card from an ATM and withdrew $1,000 from the victim's account, state police said Thursday.
Troopers interviewed a Wappinger man who reported that his debit card was stolen from a Town of Wappinger ATM and $1,000 in cash was taken from his account on July 25.
On Wednesday, state police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Jordan D. Grabowski and charged him with identity theft and grand larceny, both Class E felonies. Grabowski was additionally charged with Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor.
Grabowski was issued appearance tickets directing him to appear in the Town of Wappinger Justice Court on Aug. 17.
