DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. - A 29-year-old man from Dutchess County is facing multiple felony charges after being busted allegedly driving while using drugs for the second time.

New York State Police troopers arrested Wappinger resident Jonathan Coleman on Tuesday after he was stopped on Maloney Road for an equipment violation and it was determined he had been using drugs.

According to police, during the subsequent traffic stop, it was revealed that Coleman was impaired by drugs while driving.

Coleman was arrested and charged with felony counts of driving while ability impaired by drugs and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
