Baskerville, 30, is accused of stealing and cashing payroll checks from a store in the Galleria Mall in Middletown. The five checks totaled more than $2,200, police said.
Baskerville, a former manager of the store, had access to the payroll checks. He failed to return to court to answer the charges and a warrant was issued for his arrest from the Town of Wallkill Court.
He is described as being a black male, 6-foot, 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
