Poughkeepsie Man Faces Felony Drug Possession Charge After Traffic Stop

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Poughkeepsie man faces felony drug possession charges after a traffic stop by the Town of Lloyd Police on Friday, July 14, according to Lloyd Police.

Zachary Eginger, 30, was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of marijuana after the drugs were discovered during a traffic stop, said Lt. James Janso.

Eginger was stopped for traffic violations on Route 44 in Highland, Janso said.

He was arraigned and released with a pending court date.
