When police arrived on scene Longobardi became combative with police officers in front of a child and bit one of the officer's hands and attempted to kick out the back window of the police car, Janso said.
He was charged with felony assault, criminal mischief, attempted criminal mischief, harassment, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of a child.
Longobardi is being held at the Ulster County Jail on $10,000 cash bail, $30,000 insurance bond.
