Police: Poughkeepsie Woman Who Failed To Maintain Lane Charged With DWI

CORTLANDT, N.Y. -- A Poughkeepsie woman faces misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated after she was pulled over by state troopers on Route 9D, police said.

Ana E. Burgos, 43, was arrested in Philipstown on Wednesday after she failed to stay in her lane, said state police from the Cortlandt barracks.

Burgos supplied a breath sample that yielded a blood alcohol content of 0.11 percent, police said.

She was ticketed and ordered to appear in the Phillipstown Town Court on Wednesday, Feb. 10, police said.
