DOVER, N.Y. -- A woman from Dover reportedly burglarized a home Christmas night while the victim was home and "menaced" him with a knife, according to state police.
The suspect is Brandi Perri, 26, according to state police.
Perri was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, and the misdemeanors of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing with a weapon.
The victim reported that Perri unlawfully entered his home and menaced him with a knife.
Perri was arraigned before the Town of Dover Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
She is due to re-appear in the Dover Court on Dec. 30.
