WAPPINGER, N.Y. – State Police arrested Kyle T. Cowan, 21, of Wappinger, for criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana, a Violation, according to the New York State Poice.
Police charged Kyle T. Cowan with possession of a controlled substance.
Photo Credit: New York State PoliceOn Oct. 22, police stopped Cowan for operating a vehicle with an inadequate exhaust system. The police reported that they found Xanax and marijuana while investigating.
Cowan is due to appear before the Town of Wappinger Court on Nov. 19.
