LAGRANGE, N.Y. -- A 26-year-old LaGrange man is facing charges of driving while impaired by drugs after a traffic stop in the town Saturday, police said.
Robert Nani was pulled over by sheriff’s deputies around 5 p.m. on Thendara Lane investigating a complaint of an erratic driver, police said.
Besides the misdemeanor DWAI, he is also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony; failure to keep right and failure to obey a stop sign, both traffic infractions, police said.
Nani was arraigned in LaGrange Town Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond, police said.
