Hyde Park Woman Charged With Helping Boyfriend Violate Protection Order

HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- State police apprehended a Hyde Park woman after an investigation showed that she assisted her boyfriend in violating an order of protection against him for his recent sexual abuse arrest.

Police said Lindsey Scott was helping Joseph Sucato get messages through to the victim in violation of the protection order.

Her actions led to an arrest for aggravated family offense and she was processed with an appearance ticket for court on July 28.
