FISHKILL, N.Y. -- A Fishkill man was nabbed on drug charges Tuesday after a search of his home uncovered 220 bags of heroin and five firearms, according to the Dutchess County Drug Task Force.
Frank Digeso, 53, was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, said Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator with the task force.
Agents with the task force in conjunction with the state police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team searched Digeso’s home at 32 Lake Road following an investigation into drug sales at the home, said Tasciotti.
Digeso was arraigned in Town of East Fishkill Court and is being held at the Dutchess County Jail. Additional charges may be pending.
The state Division of Parole also assisted in the investigation.
