An inmate wanted for allegedly making terrorist threats was arrested by state police last week as a fugitive from justice.
On Monday, New York State Police announced that they had arrested 32-year-old Fishkill resident Tyler Sinclair Scott, who is being held pending his extradition to Georgia.
According to police, Sinclair, is an inmate at the Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill. He is wanted on a bench warrant for a violation of probation from Cobb County in Georgia, stemming from felony convictions for aggravated assault and terroristic threats.
Scott was arraigned in Dutchess County Court and remains incarcerated at the Downstate Correctional Facility, police said. State police were assisted by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision during the investigation.
