FISHKILL, N.Y. – Fishkill firefighters battled a fire at a local apartment complex on Friday morning that involved the complex's garage, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Nine cars inside and outside the garage caught fire around 11 a.m. on Friday, the Journal said.

Investigators were still trying to piece together how the fire started, reported the Poughkeepsie Journal.
