State police arrested 23-year-old Briana Zachry and 21-year-old Kain Petersen, both East Fishkill residents, following an investigation into an incident last year involving a stolen credit card.

Police said that the investigation determined that Petersen and Zachry allegedly made fraudulent charges in March last year using a stolen credit card. Petersen had been wanted by police, and was previously featured as part of their Warrant Wednesday program.

Zachry and Petersen were arrested on Wednesday and charged with a felony count of criminal possession of stolen property and identity theft, a misdemeanor. They were each remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $3,000 cash bail or $6,000 bond. They are due back in court next week on Tuesday, July 25.
