RHINEBECK, N.Y. -- State Police have charged a 52-year-old Rhinebeck woman with stalking.
Troopers were contacted by a Rhinebeck woman who stated that on several occasions, Robin Stortini made her fear for her personal safety, according to state police.
Despite being advised by the State Police to cease all contact with the victim, Stortini continued to display harassing behavior around the victim which placed her in fear, state police said.
Stortini, who was charged with stalking in the fourth degree (a Class B misdemeanor) was arraigned and released on her own recognizance. She is due to reappear in the Town of Rhinebeck Court on May 12.
