Brush Fire Breaks Out Close To Home In Salt Point

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Salt Point firefighters are battling a brush fire that is dangerously close to a home on Marshall Road, fire officials said.

The fire, located at 107 Marshall Road, began around 2:30 p.m. Monday, said the Salt Point Fire Department.

Firefighters are on scene and have requested aid from surrounding departments.
