WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. -- William Kendall Ward, 68, of Wappingers Falls, died Sept. 23.
He was born Dec. 26, 1947, in Queens, N.Y., the son of William Earle and Adeline Beatrice Ward.
He attended Croton-on-Hudson schools, was an avid fisherman and the proprietor of Ward's Bait and Tackle in Newburgh. He was a sponsor of fishing events with the Orange Lake Fish and Game Association.
Surviving are his wife, Nancy; daughters, Danielle and Alyson; sons Dustin and Kendall; three grandchildren; and brothers, Lewis and Jeffrey.
Friends and family may call from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the Delehanty Funeral Home 64 E. Main St., Wappingers Falls.
