POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Nancy A. Hrouda, of Poughkeepsie, died on Friday, Feb. 10. She was 72.
She was born in Delhi on July 22, 1944. She devoted her entire career to health care. As an L.P.N., she worked at Cortlandt Healthcare for almost 40 years, retiring in 2008.
She is survived by her husband Mr. Hrouda, her son, Mark F. Hrouda & his wife Sandra of Wappingers Falls; her granddaughters, Hailey M., Raegan A, and Sierra K. Hrouda, all of Wappingers Falls.
Calling hours will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16 at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 17 at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 18 at Fishkill Rural Cemetery, 801 Route 9, Fishkill.
