She was born Feb. 2, 1955, in Chelsea, Mass., the daughter of William C. and Elsie A. LeBarron. She was raised in the Bronx and North Salem and received a BA in education from SUNY Oneonta.
She is survived by her husband, James Cole; children, Michael Cole and his wife Eliza; Kristy Emery and her husband Christopher and Kaitlin Cole and Patrick Flaherty; grandchildren, Payton Cole, Hunter Cole, Gwendolyn Emery, and Elliana Emery; and brothers, Kenneth, Paul and his wife Kathy and Eugene and his wife Kari and their families.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Denis Church, 602 Beekman Road, Hopewell Junction followed by interment at St. Denis Cemetery.
Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
