Born in Manhattan, Santiago received her associates degree in accounting from Monroe Institute, in the Bronx. She had worked as a bookkeeper at the World Trade Center. She was a parishioner of St. John's Church, in Beacon.
Santiago is survived by her daughters, JoAnn Santiago, Eliane and Reynold Saint Cyr, and Anna and Ricardo Quintero; grandchildren Marcos Santiago Jr., Stephanie DeFreitas, John Marcos Baez, Justin Saint Cyr, Gabriel Saint Cyr, Ricardo Quintero Jr. and Analise Enright; 10 great-grandchildren; and brother Xavier Gordian.
She was predeceased by her husband, Marcos Santiago; son Marcos Santiago; and parents Carmelo and Josephine Ortiz Tirado.
Visiting hours will be from from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10, at McHoul Funeral Home, 1089 Main St., in Fishkill. A mass will be offered on Friday at 10 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, 35 Willow St., in Beacon, followed by interment in St. Raymond's Cemetery.
