Members of the East Fishkill police department are mourning the loss of the department's longtime assistant and chief's secretary, Cathy DiGiacomo, on Wednesday, Dec. 20.
DiGiacomo, a Fishkill resident, worked for the department for more than 20 years before retiring in 2005, the department said.
On Facebook, the department said: "Our sincere condolences to her husband Don, her family and friends."
