The detailed was conducted throughout the county from Friday, May 26 to Tuesday, May 30 by members of the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Police, City of Poughkeepsie Police Department, Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department, Town of Hyde Park Police Department, Town of East Fishkill Police Department, Village of Red Hook Police Department and the Village of Millerton Police Department.

"Drivers can expect to see sobriety checkpoints and enhanced patrols using both marked and unmarked patrol vehicles, so think twice and have a plan," said Dutchess County STOP-DWI Coordinator William C. Johnson. 

Below is a listing of arrestees and charges from the details as well as arrests by agency patrols.

  • Jesse Floyd (62 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors in the City of Poughkeepsie.
  • Theola Patterson (55 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, was charged with DWI a misdemeanor & Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st a felo in the City of Poughkeepsie.
  • Melinda Jackson (34 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors in the City of Poughkeepsie.
  • Rodrigo Ruiz-Hernandez (35 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, was charged with DWI & Aggravated DWI (BAC .18% or more) both misdemeanors in the Town of Hyde Park.
  • Harold Hofmeister (23 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors in the City of Poughkeepsie.
  • Edgar Cortes (58 yoa) of Wappingers Falls, charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors in the Village of Wappingers Falls.
  • Antho Inserillo (18 yoa) of East Fishkill, was charged with DWAI Drugs & Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th both misdemeanors in the Town of Wappinger.
  • Shaneah Cotton (34 yoa) of Hyde Park, was charged with DWI, BAC .08% or more & Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd all misdemeanors in the City of Poughkeepsie.
  • Ashley Parsons (21 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors in the City of Poughkeepsie.
  • Roberto Cortes-Cruz (22 yoa) of Poughkeepsie, was charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI & Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st all felonies as well as Operating without Ignition Interlock Device a misdemeanor in the City of Poughkeepsie.
  • Carmen Borja-Armas (52 yoa) of Brooklyn, was charged with DWI & BAC .08% or more both misdemeanors as well as Aggravated DWI (Child in car) a felo for having two children under 16 years of age in the car with her in the Town of Red Hook.
  • Christopher Earle (29 yoa) of Stormville, was charged with DWI & BAC .09% or more both misdemeanors as well as Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 1st a felo in the Town of East Fishkill.
