Seen Her? Poughkeepsie Girl Has Been Missing Since April

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. - Law enforcement agencies in Dutchess County are seeking the public’s assistance as they continue their search for a missing teenage girl.

Aatiyah Abdul-Wali was reported missing in Poughkeepsie earlier this year.

Aatiyah Abdul-Wali was reported missing from Poughkeepsie in May. According to New York State Police, the 15-year-old may still be in the area or have traveled to New York City.

Abdul-Wali is described as 5-foot-6 with brown hair and brown eyes, weighing approximately 155 pounds. She is considered a runaway by the Poughkeepsie City Police Department.

Anyone with information regarding Abdul Wali’s whereabouts have been asked to contact the Poughkeepsie City Police Department or the state Missing Persons Clearinghouse at 1-800 346-3543. Leads can also be emailed to missingpersons@dcjs.ny.gov. The information can be shared on social media below.
