Residents or landowners wanting to pay outstanding 2015 property taxes or 2014-15 school taxes on the day of the tax lien sale should go to the Common Council Chambers and check in at the registration desk
More than 400 homes and parcels of land will be up of auction for unpaid taxes, unpaid city school district taxes, delinquent water and sewer rates, penalties and interest remaining unpaid on Nov. 15, 2014, city officials said.
The commissioner of finance, acting as city treasurer, will oversee the sale of the parcels of land and will continue the sale from day to day until all parcels have been disposed of.
