There was gridlock at the Annsville Circle in Cortlandt after a crash in which a tractor-trailer overturned late Monday morning.
One lane on eastbound Route 6 was blocked at Route 9 following the incident.
Traffic was backed up to the Bear Mountain State Parkway.
