Dutchess Homeless Shelter Struggles To Offer Enough Beds

DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Dutchess County is struggling to find enough beds for the area's homeless following an order from Gov. Andrew Cuomo ordering communities to provide shelter to all homeless people when the temperatures reach freezing, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.
