A massive fire broke out at the warehouse on Merritt Boulevard shortly before 11 p.m. on Aug. 29 last year, gutting the 990,000-square-foot building in Fishkill. The subsequent investigation by the ATF determined that the fire was “incendiary in nature,” and intentionally set.

The rapid, engulfing blaze cost an estimated $1 million in damage, officials said. The commercial structure fire prompted the evacuation of 108 workers and injured one firefighter.

Officials said the investigation into the fire is ongoing.

Anyone with information about the fire or who may have caused it can contact the ATF New York Field Office by calling 1-888-ATF-FIRE (888-283-3273) or emailing tips to ATFTips@atf.gov. Tips can also be submitted online.
